Front desk lady with black hair was very professional and nice! Recommended me places to eat in the area while I was out there on a work trip!
I had a wonderful one-night stay! Everything was perfect—from the smooth check-in to the spotless, comfortable room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and I slept great. Breakfast was very excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
This Staybridge in pecos has the absolute BEST staff and customer service in their industry. Brian was very helpful when I forgot my belongings in a room a day after checking out. Rosa was quick and professional when I requested to extend my stay. The operations manager is awesome aswell! 6 Stars & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I like this hotel a lot. People are freindly. Atmosphere is warm, parking lot is big, Pool is nice. The only issue I had was the shower knob was broke and went all way round hard to regulate the heat and pressure. But all and all one of the better hotels in town
My room was very clean. I like that the floor passed the white sock test! Pots and pans and microwave were all pretty good. Cons: The coffee pot lid was defective and not the right lid for that pot, and pouring coffee was difficult because it would dump everywhere. My desk chair was defective and wouldn't rise. Pros: Bed was comfy, lighting was good. Desk service was friendly. Breakfast selection was great! Laundry was free, you just need soap. There is a gym and a pool and both are well-maintained. There are "happy hour" events some evening with drinks and food. You are close to grocery, walmart, food, and gas. Plenty of parking. All-around an oasis out here.
Brian at the front desk is fabulous! He helped me get documents ready without any hesitation. I called front desk, he immediately went into help mode and the documents were waiting on my arrival. Very courteous and did it with a smile, great service!
Best hotel in town! Hot breakfast is top notch! Biggest pool in the area, you must try it! Immaculate condition and staff always friendly! Lots of good changes in the last months.
